Blue Quills is inviting applications for the position of Addictions Coordinator & Instructor for the
Addictions Counsellor Program.

Aligning with the BQ philosophy, vision and mission, this individual’s responsibilities include
program administration, teaching, student advising, as well as research, curriculum planning and
development.

We are looking for a dynamic motivated team player with a background in Addictions education.

Blue Quills is committed to a learning environment governed by Indigenous Knowledge and Practice
exploring multiple knowledges, preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Cree and/or
Dene languages and with lived experience in Indigenous Nations.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of
three years’ experience in teaching adults, administration, research, and staff supervision, as well as
superior interpersonal and computer skills.
