The MD of St Paul Foundation is seeking a dedicated full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing comprehensive reception and administrative support, managing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, financial reporting and inventory management. You will report directly to the CAO.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception duties and administrative support
Handling accounts receivable and payable
Processing payroll and financial management
Preparing financial reports
Managing inventory
Requirements:
High School Diploma
WHMIS, First Aid and CPR certifications
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Knowledge of accounting programs and principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Clear Criminal Record Check
Flexibility, openness and adaptability
Experience with seniors is an asset
