What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of advisors, techs, and support staff
- Making sure customers leave happy (and want to come back)
- Keeping the service department running efficiently day-to-day
- Hitting (and beating) sales and service goals
- Making sure every vehicle is serviced right the first time
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and a smile
- Working closely with Parts and Sales teams
- Keeping the shop safe, clean, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or assisting in an automotive service department
- Strong leadership skills (people actually want to work for you)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good technical knowledge of cars, repairs, and maintenance
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus
- AST certifications are great to have (but not a dealbreaker)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
