Culligan is seeking out an individual with delivery experience to deliver our 5 gallon and 3 gallon bottled water as well as other products such as ice, softener salt and coffee etc... This Delivery Driver would work out of our Bonnyvill location and provide products to our new and existing clients in our region as scheduled. Daily travel within our district is required.
Our Delivery Drivers work as partners with our office to determine the best water solutions for our customers needs and helps the office to schedule them into pre-planned routes. Our Drivers are the face of the company and must establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in day to day operations.
The Delivery Drivers on our team meet the following qualifications:
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-A class 5 or better driver's license.
-Air brakes certificate.
-Ability to back up a 22’ van body truck.
-Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred)
-A clean driving record (annual abstract required)
-Criminal record check by RCMP.
-Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs. frequently.
-Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and sitting for long periods.
-Reading and writing text.
-Numeracy.
-Oral and written communication.
-Working with others.
-Problem solving.
-Decision making.
-Critical thinking.
-Job task planning and organizing.
-Performing all assigned duties in a safety conscious and productive manner.
-Follow Company Policies.
Prior fork lift training, delivery experience, truck driving experience, and/or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required. A good sense of direction would also come in handy but is not required. All formal training is performed in-house by a trained senior staff member with ongoing coaching to prepare you for a successful career!
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Loading and unloading your truck with products as required.
- Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections as required.
- Report major vehicle deficiencies to the Customer Service Representative.
- Check load to assure all is accounted for and secured.
- Remembering scheduled delivery routes.
- Delivery time management.
- Maintain customer inventory.
- Providing customers with electronic or handwritten invoices.
- Collecting payments and customer names and signatures at time of delivery as required.
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
- Truck cleanliness inside and out as per Company Policy.
- Preventative vehicle maintenance.

· Steel toed boots are required.
· Hi-Vis vest or jacket is supplied.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
