Seven Lakes Oilfield Services Corporation is seeking an Experienced (Part Time) Accounts Payable Administrator. This role will support the Finance department in providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.


Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (9am to 2pm)


Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in administration or accounting or equivalent preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook (advanced excel knowledge is mandatory)
  • Class 5 Driverโ€™s License with own reliable transportation
  • 1-3 years in accounts payable, bookkeeping or similar role is highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills with a high attention to accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to multitask and consistently prioritize workload
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and report information accurately and in a meaningful manner
  • Able to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization while meeting goals and objective
  • Must live in the Cold Lake/Bonnyville area or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day duties which includes verifying, classifying, computing, and posting data
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and posted accurately
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

As a at Hotel Dene & Conference Centre it will be your responsibility to greet and serve guests according to hotel standards.


What will I be doing?


Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.


Do all necessary set-up sidework as assigned.


Answer any guest questions about the menu.


Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).


Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.


Perform opening and closing duties in the restaurant.


Ensure cleanliness standards are followed.


Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, which may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.


What are we looking for in a successful candidate?


A valid pro-serve certificate


A valid Food Handler certificate is an asset


Previous serving experience is an asset.


Self-starting personality with an even disposition.


Previous serving experience is an asset, preferably in a fast paced environment


Professional appearance and manner at all times


Ability to interact positively with guests and co-workers.


Ability to work as a team player, pitching in where and when help is needed


Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.


Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
