As a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor at Hotel Dene & Conference Centre it will be your responsibility to greet and register guests and provide courteous service and closeout guest account upon completion of their stay, post and balance charges and settlements in timely and efficient manner.


What will I be doing?

  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information.
  • Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a guest.
  • Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
  • Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
  • Ability to interact positively with guests and co-workers.
  • Must be willing to β€œpitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflicts
