Full Time Landscaping Construction Laborer

We specialize in construction work for residential homes and commercial properties, delivering quality services since our establishment in 2010.

We are a small landscaping construction company looking to hire at least one reliable laborer to join our team. When you work with us, you’re not just an employee—you’re a valued part of a tight-knit crew where your work truly matters and your effort is appreciated. 

Hours are generally Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team at Ponch's Landscape & Bobcat Services. This position is essential for assisting with various landscaping and construction tasks, contributing to the beautification and functionality of outdoor spaces in the Cold Lake area.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ground for landscaping projects
• Installing sod, trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Constructing retaining walls, pathways, decks, fences, pergolas, and gazebos
• Spreading mulch, gravel, and other landscaping materials
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Assisting with hardscaping projects (pavers, concrete, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Following instructions and working well with the team

Requirements

• Need to be living in the Cold Lake area and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. 
• Strong work ethic.
• Valid driver‘s license with a clean driving record. 
• Ability to pass a drug test for illegal substances. 
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge to operate various tools and equipment considered asset.
• Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
• Skid steer experience and trailer hauling would be considered an asset. 
• At this time we are not able to hire foreign worker.
