About the Opportunity

The Mobile Mortgage Specialist is a professional with responsibilities to profitably grow mortgage business and revenue through strong relationships with builders, realtors and other community stakeholders. This role will provide an exceptional level of service and advice to our members, assisting with their real estate borrowing needs at a location and time that is most convenient for the member, often outside traditional business hours including weekends and evenings. 

More specifically, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct meetings with members at the office, or other convenient location to discuss mortgage options and gather necessary documentation.


• Analyze members' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage advice, including product recommendation and pricing options.


• Assist members throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.


• Build and maintain strong relationship with members, realtors, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities. 


• Stay current on mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to members.


• Provide exceptional service and support to our members, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

More About You:

In order to qualify for this role, you will have extensive knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations, as well as business development experience. While not required, a degree or diploma in Finance (or related studies) would be an asset.
