The Office Administrator is responsible for Invoicing, Receivables, Reception, Secretarial, and miscellaneous Administration duties. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm with a half hour lunch break.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have knowledge of Indigenous history and culture.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Learn and follow all safe work procedures for your job position.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to provide a Criminal Records Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, Driver’s Abstract.
Will be required to sign an oath of Confidentiality.
