CEDA is hiring a Project Clerk to join our team in Bonnyville. This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services for assigned CEDA business units.
This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of office administration experience and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of daily timesheets
  • Preparing labor, equipment and materials (LEM’s) for invoicing
  • Respond to internal and customer inquiries
  • Compiling and sending weekly & monthly reports to customers
  • Work as a team player assisting and providing support within the department
  • Ensure all timesheet/payroll procedures and deadlines are adhered to
  • Assist management with month end & year-end duties as required
  • All other related duties as required

Role Specifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration & data entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX & Field FX would be an asset, but not required
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel is required

  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • You have well-honed organizational and time management skills and the ability to be flexible to changing and sometimes short-lead time needs of the organization
