As a Reception and Administrative Coordinator, you'll manage front office operations, including receiving deliveries, ordering and organizing supplies, tracking staff attendance, and directing guests. You'll also handle phone calls and mail with courtesy and discretion. In addition to managing the Reception area, you'll verify customer work orders, ensure accurate data entry into our system, upload invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies.
