Responsibilities Include:
Property Marketing & Admin: Manage social media and online presence, assist ownership with maximizing revenue potential, assist in invoice preparation and process payments
Property Maintenance: Perform general upkeep tasks such as minor maintenance repairs painting, basic landscaping cleaning and ensuring the property remains in top condition, coordinating with subcontractors to perform major repairs as required
Guest Services & Hospitality: Welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay
Housekeeping & Inventory: Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-stocked, and manage inventories of required supplies
Handling Complaints: Address any concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues quickly
What We’re Looking For:
A mature individual or couple comfortable with minor home maintenance and property upkeep.
Must have some basic plumbing, heating, electrical skills or experience.
A sociable person or couple who enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel at home.
