S2425-46 Assistant Custodian - Cold Lake High School

We are seeking a part- time (0.5 fte) Assistant Custodian to commence January 2, 2025. The assignment involves assisting the Head Custodian and working after school hours for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Cold Lake High School is located in the City of Cold Lake with approximately 624 students in grades 10-12.Cold Lake High School is innovative, collaborative and passionate in the delivery of high quality education to every student.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform a variety of custodial and maintenance duties essential to maintain the cleanliness and care of the school facilities
• Monitor and report meter readings
• Inspect grounds, play equipment and structures

Preference will be given to applicants who have:

• Physical ability to do the required work
• Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with all levels of school personnel and students
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Committed to building an atmosphere of trust, competence, confidentiality and positive service to the school and community
• Previous CUPE custodial experience
