Located on Hwy 28 next to Casino Dene, Petro Canada is seeking courteous Shift Supervisor with excellent customer service skills.
Reporting to Manager, Shift Supervisor plans and directs the activities of cashier and gas attendants.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Completion of any necessary training
- Completion of shift checklist
- Supervise employee, ensuring safe and satisfactory performance
- Prepare daily system reports
- Prepare deposits for pick up – Garda
- Attend Propane training for certification
- Receive and store orders
- Document and report employee concerns and issues
- Communicate inventory needs with Management
- Inspect equipment and ensure staff operate safely
- Sanitization of common areas, surfaces and public restrooms
- Complete incident reporting as necessary
- Ensure employees wear proper P.P.E & uniform
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience, including inventory and training staff
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Work flexible schedules (i.e., nights, weekends)
- Willing to cross-train in other positions
