Job Purpose:
This internship program aims to provide hands-on experience tailored to your educational field of study and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist department heads with daily operations and special projects.
· Conduct research and provide analysis to support departmental goals.
· Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
· Collaborate with team members on various initiatives.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
· Opportunity to work in with the following:

o Policy Analyst, Internal Services Lead
o Special Projects Coordinator
o Administration Executive Assistant
o Other departments as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· Current Post-Secondary students or recent graduates in relevant fields of study.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
· As per the funding agreement, applicants must be members of Cold Lake First Nations.
· Internship Duration: June 2, 2025 - August 22, 2025 (12 weeks).
· Work Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
· Office environment with standard office equipment.
· Opportunities for both remote and on-site work depending on departmental needs.
