*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
*Responsibilities*
- Haul Loads to customers across AB and SK
- Coordinate and schedule shipments
- Dispatch other drivers and coordinate pilot vehicles and permits as required
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Provide or organize maintanence to all vehicles
- Oversee and help setup crew
- Possibility of workers as a Sales Assistant or Carpenter as needed
*Qualifications*
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Proficient typing skills to input data accurately
- Class 1 license will be given preference or equivalent trailer experience
- Must be able to spend nights away on the road. Accomodations provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
