Lead Communications Technician

We are currently looking for Communications Technicians to join our service division in Cold Lake, AB. Service Technicians install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair, telephone, high-speed internet, fiber optics, security systems, video surveillance and related services in a professional and friendly manner at business and industrial locations.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well with team members and clients.
• Ability to use various hand tools and small power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• Flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as on-call.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime hours, if needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry 75lbs, climb and work from a ladder.
