Primco Security Services LP is looking to hire Security Guards immediately.

· Start date is as soon as possible

· Location of worksites are in the Cold Lake region

· Starting at $18

· 7/7 Rotation, 8-12 hours per day

· Vacation pay paid out each pay period

· Company vehicle provided, if site permits

· On-the-job training and supports

Since 1999, Primco Security Services LP has been providing Guard Services, Mobile Patrol, Pipeline Security, Highway & Road Safety, Emergency Response and so much more.

Summary

Security Guards maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Duties

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
• Obtain help by sounding alarms
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
• Control traffic by directing drivers
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
• Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform other related duties and activities as required

Qualifications

• Alberta Solicitor General Security License
• Class 5 license
• First Aide with CPR
• H2S Alive
• CSTS - 2020
• Pass Alcohol / Drug Testing
• Surveillance Skills
• Emotional Control
• Integrity
• Safety Management
• Professionalism
