Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our non-profit Agricultural Society. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting staff in their daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
Provide support in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to work with a governance Board of Directors
Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with clerical work and administrative support functions.
Familiarity with agriculture an asset
Strong time management sills and detail oriented
