5 Star Restaurant Group Inc. is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks;
Order supplies, keep office clean
Answer phones, scan/fax/email docs
Document production
Manage benefit program
Provide various administration support to onsite coworkers and off site Managers
Post job openings, forward appropriate resumes to GM's
Manage filing system
Organize monthly Manager meetings, take and distribute minutes
