Roles & Responsibilities of Service Advisor include but are not limited to:

• Welcome and engage with customers both over the phone and face-to-face. Organize and manage service appointments and repairs.
• Monitor and track progress of repair or service and maintain contact with customers providing updates and estimated completion times.
• Provide customers with estimates on repairs
• Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns, using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills.

Address and manage customer inquiries and concerns by utilizing expert technical knowledge along with professional customer service skills.

• Adhere to company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Evaluate and enhance our existing operating procedures.
• Remain flexible, anticipate change and create positive outcomes.
