Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A Territory Accounts Representative to join the TOMCO Group of Companies who is self-motivated, results-orientated individual with high energy, a professional approach, and a strong combination of prospecting and strategic sales skills to target and pursue new and existing accounts proactively.
  • Major focus of this role will be developing NEW BUSINESS opportunities with existing accounts in the territory.
  • Industrial Equipment Sales experience preferred.
  • Represent the TOMCO Group of Companies which includes, products, rentals and production services.
  • Develop and implement account strategies for increasing sales and profits of TOMCO Services, Rentals and products with each account.
  • Develop and implement account strategies for TOMCO Group of Companies to become or continue to be a preferred supplier.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with key contacts to increase sales.
  • Actively identify and secure new business through channel partners and/or through direct relationships.
  • Conduct field sales activities as required within the territory – product trainings, demo’s, etc.
  • Manage open opportunities and meetings within CRM.
  • Position based out of the Bonnyville branch, with a territory coverage, which includes but is not limited to, Fort McMurray, Lac La Biche, Conklin and Athabasca.
  • Salaried position, bonus provisions, vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense & fuel cards.
  • Travel 75% of the time, and after hours required.
  • Three-month probationary period.
